What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate closely with our product and design teams to conceptualize, design, and bring innovative digital products to life.
- Architect and maintain our tech stack, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, enhancing the team's skills and knowledge.
- Dive into our existing codebase to optimize, refactor, and enhance our applications.
- Continuously research and adopt modern web technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Front-end: Strong proficiency in React/ Next.Js, Typescript, and TailwindCSS. VueJs is a plus.
- Back-end: Solid experience with PHP and Laravel, creating secure, efficient, and reusable solutions.
- Deployment: Expertise in deploying, scaling, and maintaining modern web applications.
- Database: Proficient understanding of database management, both relational and non-relational.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Python and its web application frameworks.
- Mobile app development experience, whether it's native or cross-platform.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
- Any contributions to open-source or personal projects showcasing your talent.
