Position Overview
As the Network Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless functioning, growth, and dynamism of multiple EarthNet peer networks. This role requires a unique blend of community management skills, content creation prowess, and an innate ability to foster meaningful online interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderation & Engagement: Oversee and moderate discussions to ensure they are constructive, inclusive, and align with EarthNet's guidelines.
- Content Creation: Curate, post, and manage content that resonates with the peer network's goals, ensuring regular engagement and value addition.
- Social Media: Streamline and execute social media strategies to increase the visibility and reach of our peer networks, driving growth and engagement.
- Webinar Hosting: Organize, promote, and host regular webinars featuring industry experts, panel discussions, and interactive sessions.
- Feedback Loop: Regularly gather feedback from network members to continuously refine and enhance the community experience.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Foster an environment conducive to collaborative projects, facilitating connections and ensuring resources are accessible.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to network growth, engagement, and content performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
